TEACHERS DAY

Today's Teachers day!!

I wanna take this opportunity to say that Ms Chong is such a fabulous teacher. Sure, she may nag quite abit, but she's really caring at heart and she really concerns herself about our general well-being and stuff.

To all teachers out there, HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!!

Today, came to school late-ish cos it rained. and we assembled in the hall. First thing was flag raising stuff.. And then had our Aces Day workout. The sec threes and fours didn't do it. they just stayed in class I guess (not enough space in hall btw)

After that, we waited for the sec threes and fours to come down to sit in the hall for the concert. while waiting, I got out cikgu azmann's incomplete puzzle and started sticking the pieces everywhere. Shi Geng and Kian Han were next to me, cursing for the puzzle to break apart. Haha

The concert started with the Talent Search finals and I must say everyone did great today. Fourth Chapter's guitar solo was inaudible (I bet its the amplifier. wasted!) and Effervescence's dance... well no comments. Faridzuan disappointed me today, but we still love him! :P and Noise did a good job. But why don't they understand that the guitars just spoil everything?
PedoFunk (I think) sang Come What May. They have such awesome voices, but Ewan McGregor shall always have the best voice in history. :D

And after the whole thing.. I planned to go back to edgefield.. But jessica said the teachers would go back home straight after school.. So I was like "ah hell" and went straight home.

BUENAS NOCHESSS

Oh yeah oh yeah ohhh yeeeaaahh!

Yesterday was a blast. Well not so lah..
Ms Chong made us perform our IPW play in front of the whole class... IN OUR COSTUMES!!
Haha but it made me feel soo much more confident. But I paused halfway through my speech... cos I forgot my lines. I gave Jana a stressed out look, and she kept muttering "It's okay Nad.. Relax.." then she told me what to say.

Haha I look so weird in a Japanese soldier hat!! It makes me look... well.. like an ugly guy. It's okay, most girls don't look handsome as guys anyways.

Whenever I went offstage, the Malay guys would look at me, cover their mouths, and start laughing their ass off. I tried not to laugh, so i smiled a bit, but Jana poked me and made me focus. Woopsie.

After the english period ended, the class all wished us good luck for our assesment later on, and I think the only Malay guy who wished us good luck was Shariff. haha the other guys are useless I tell you. The other guys wished us all the best, and Shariff claimed that in the first aid kit he lent us had some sort of lucky charm. Wow, I don't mean to be superstitious... But it works!

ANYWAYS, after that, we had our first IPW assesment at the music room. Everything went on VERY smoothly this time, and because it was raining and the place was airconditioned, I relaxed more. Everyone played their parts super well, and I'm really really proud of Buenas Noches.

After our Thank You bow, everyone started clapping and Mrs Cruthers stood up and said "Excellent!" and then gave us comments and stuff.. she said we were all well rehearsed... Of course we were.. Can't escape form the clutches of our evil director Jana!! haha

After our performance, Meera, Jana and I huddled under one blanket (it was part of our props) and we just watched the other groups while lying down on our make-shift pillows (these were made from batik haha). At the end of the whole assesment of other groups, Mrs Cruthers told us, Buenas Noches, that she gave us a score of 48/50!! aaaah!! but the other teacher gave 45 or 46 i think. i forgot. But all the hard work has finally, finally paid off and I am so so happy.

And Meera likes to rub it in that takaeshi makes an ugly guy. She keeps saying "Eeeeh! NO! I don't wanna be saved by an ugly soldier!!"

Its not my fault Takaeshi's beautiful at heart, but he's got such an ugly face. Argh. hahaha

After school, and even until today, people were asking us "how did you do for ur presentation?"

I can only beam and say "we were the best group. Hehehe 48/50 man. Thanks guys"

Had band yesterday. I came late. goddamn. haha

Anyways, we set up benches under rotanda... and then we were made to play scales. after a bit of playing, we were to fall in at the assembly plaza in 5 ranks, and then fall out to run around tech block twice. and then we shall sit down again after a bit of rest, and hold long notes with our scales. altogether, ran about 8 rounds, between each two, got some more breathing exercises.

TIRING... but fun cos always run with firza they all haha

after band, took 31 with Firza and Kamarul and the sec three malay girls.. but in the end we didnt sit tgt in the bus. i sat next to firza and we listened to her iPod. Then Firza and I ate at Century Square's Long John Silver's. We ate for a while, then we chatted alot... ahhaha had some nice discussions.

Then we went back home, and then I slacked around home for a while, and then my whole family went out to Jurong-ish area for ANOTHER jemputan kahwin. goddamn. haha i got so sleepy that i started whining like a kid. haha serious!!

But the good thing was, my sis and I entertained oursleves by cam-whoring. As usual. Haha

long time no update.

Got back all our common test results!!
I passed all of them!! wooohooo!! and this time, I did much better for MATHS!! i passed MATHS!! wooohooooo!!

anyways, on Thursday, celebrated Ash's bday at the canteen, screaming his bdae song, fed him brownies and presented him his gift: a 300 piece jigsaw puzzle of a beautiful 3D thingy playing a violin. I loved it, but its ash's. haha.Then meera, nadh, farhah and I went to Aliwal Street to go get costumes for our play and stuff.. I realised how horrible I look as a guy. Goddamn ugly man, Im so happy Im a girl. Haha

Then today, mim's bdae!! During recess, made him eat some brownies... and we bashed him up. After that he complained "aaadoooi sakitnyeee" hahahaha soo funny man.
And we gave him his gift (meera wrapped it in 7 layers to annoy him). He opened it in class. It was a magic 8 ball that gives you advice kinda thg. haha

Anyways, these days were reeeally fun. I loved this week to the max. except for the results though. blegh. :P

Friday marked the end of common tests (thank god)

Actually I planned to pon band on friday to mark the end of comm tests by going to esplanade to watch fireworks!! But then fireworks were the week before. Thanks alot, Amy. haha

So I ended up going for band, and before band started I busied myself with completing the website at school.. And found out sth that made me goddamn angry. I'm not angry at all now, I'm just like "whatever".

After band on friday, went sraight to jana's house and watched MOULIN ROUGE with Meera and jana there. aaaah sang along and stuff.. And I'm in love with Ewan McGregor's voice!!! We ate some snacks while watching the movie. After the movie, we went downstairs to eat.

Ate some yummy lasagna for dinner and then we talked and talked and talked about Teo KK and Yeo and laughed so much with Sandhya. It was fun. Then, at around 9pm we headed down to the playground near Jana's house. They made me sit on the huge basket swing alone and jana started to swing me damn hard, and then both meera and jana fled, leaving me alone. But jana left her phone with me, so I figured they'd return. haha

Then we sat down somewhere and discussed some 'important' issues. an issue that made us all annoyed, an issue that made us all want to end the issue, fast.

So Me and Meera sat at the busstop, trying to contact one of our friends but he wouldn't pick up (he would play an impt role in solving the issue). So jana got bored and sat at the road divider, right smack in the middle of the road. She made me take pictures of her with her phone. Haha idiot.

Then the next day, had english oral. I came half an hour late :X oops.
Hahaha

After oral, I went to PP to have breakfast with Meera. Jana had choir. we ate at McD's and then we browsed around PP. Saw some stuff that we might wanna buy for mim and ash for their birthdays haha.

Then I had to leave for band.

So band was okay. Had to perform for some national day thingy at arina's house area. At Tanjong Rhu. We performed and practiced so much.. and not even a bit of applause. The only applause we got were usually from the TK councillors who were there.

well, overall an interesting weekend.

yesterday, after school went to PP to study with Meera, jana and Ash. We ended up talking and discussing some important matters for the rest of the afternoon.


Today had maths paper and english summary writing. I finished my english summary hald an hour earlier, and statrted to doodle and draw and colour on my rough paper...

I think my rose and daisy were kinda pretty.

I screwed up my maths.

Anyways, reccess was interesting.

And then, the day seemed alright, and for IPW, I screwed up big time man. And Jana got me into the mode and stuff.. And yeah I became Takasehi.

After school, Meera and I went to Tamp. Ate yummy New York pizza and then we went browsing around shops and stuff. And then we started to come up with goddamn stupid things, like "Ooo-purn tuhher daar"

Surprisingly, Im not stressed at all. In fact, I am simply frivolous. I feel kinda confident, but Im not too sure myself. I absorb as much as I can, and I feel prepared.

This is what lettuce does to you, trust me.
While studying I munched on some lettuce and cucumbers. Not exactly pleasant(the thousand island dressing in the fridge expired!!): ), but still yummy, healthy, and helps you concentrate I guess. I attempted eating a slice of tomato, and failed miserably.

Friday marks the end of CT. And what better way to celebrate than to view the fireworks at esplanade? I'm so not going for horn playing this friday. I'm not wasting my time playing my horn, when I can watch gorgeous fireworks at the esplanade. Who celebrates the end of CTs by going for CCA? cmon man, be realistic here can?

Anyways, ever felt like those days when you just seeth in anger, and just want to take the nearest object you can find and fling it at that person you're seething at?
Ever felt like taking a knife and just bit by bit slice that person's skin, and then scraping the skin off while the person wriths in agony?

Woke up, continued making the IPW website.. and then I decided to demote myself to PRINCESS so that I'd be considered damsel in distress and many awesome heroes wld come and save me hahaha

anyways, in the afternoon, went to bedok with my family to get my sisters some new specs. Along the way, I read my hist book and the rocky motions of the car made me doze off. what to do, I slept at 2 in the morning just tryna finish up the website!!

After which, we bought some yummy prima deli waffles and headed to SGH to visit poor Atok. Studied more hist there. Then, we went ot Tamp to get haircuts.

My sister had a real haircut, while I just decided to do fringe. The lady already cut it nicely, and asked me if it was too long. I said it was okay, and she was like "aiyah, cut a bit more lah"...
And it became a disaster. Bloody bitch! Shd have seen her own fringe.. so goddamn short man!!

CHERRY KISSER

Today was rather eventful!

Met Meera and Jana at Tanah Merah, and took train to EXPO for the old library book sale... We saw books by Johanna Lindsey, Nora Roberts, Linda Lael Miller, Catherine Coulter, Linda Howard... JUST GRAB! DON'T CARE THE TITLE JUST GRAB!! Their romance novels are sooo nice.. Hahaha

After that, we went back home. i had to follow meera home to do the IPW website at her place... We came up with stuipid questions for the stupid quiz thingy...we had some nice laughs.. Especially during dinner, afterwhich we tried to make a knot in cherries' stalks. If you succeed, it means you're a good kisser! Hahaha I did succeed, but when I took it out, it loosened! Damn. :( haha

Anyways, went back home, and had the most ridiculous chat with Alison ever!! Haha talked about me being a widowed queen cos I killed off the king and his queen, cos I'm a concubine or sth. hahaha and I decided to demote myself to princess cos its much better and we had small argument cos of that hahahah it was damn funny man.

And Alison's my lesbian concubine!! yay! hahahaha

Yesterday, sat at home... brooding. and brooding.
I really wanted to pick up a book to study, but i couldn't!!

Anyways,
Jana, Meera, and I were supposed to go out with Jane today.
I was sooo looking forward to seeing Jane again, but she had issues with her mom and stuff... So she couldn't leave the house..

And the whole meeting was cancelled! :(

Damn, I really missed Jane man. It's been waaay too long. To think that she was moved out of TK to St Margaret's just like THAT! Aw man, all the fun she'd missed out on.. Sigh.

Anyways, I forgot to switch on the TV at 6 pm.. and missed Deyi band's performance for NDP!! Sorry Hweeen!! I'll catch the simulcast k?

I was the only one in my family who didn't go out ytd. My sister hung out with her friends, and the rest of my family went to watch the NDP. They brought home some interesting stuffs. A cap with a blinking flag on it, and a mini fan and stuff..

And I fell in love with their muffins, and their cinammon biscuits!!

My younger sis Farah became the camera-person, and took some nice videos of the fireworks... And the video of the NDP performer fainting and being carried away. Haha loser.

NATL DAY SCHOOL BAZAAR TALENT SEARCH!

Yesterday was FUN.
Came to school early, tuned our instruments, and for morning assembly, performed Jupiter Hymn and Majulah Singapura for the whole school.

After morning assembly, Meera, Jana, and I went to the auditorium to watch the semi-finals of the TK talent search.
We sat at the middle column, at the front few rows.
First up was Si Jia's group. The whole performance would have been nice, if not for the horrible guitar.
Next was Fourth Chapter. They did an awesome job man. But the voice should overpower the instruments. They didn't do that.
After that we had the only dance group in the competition. It was well, just... um. No comments.
Then we had OH! FARIDZUAN! He sang Maria Maria... and meera jana and I just fell in love and we shouted for him to marry us. hahaha he has such a great voice!!
After that had two other groups of singers. Bored me.

So guess who we voted for?
Haha needless to say.

Then I turned around and saw Syamim and sir knighty (haha yeah thats waht i call shariff) and the rest of the malay guys. I think.

After that, we headed down to the canteen to do some bazaar-ing. We bumped into Ash and we saw him hold a bouquet of flowers.
Jana: Raffi! Who got you those flowers??
Ash: Oh, I got them.
Jana: Huh what for yourself?
Ash: Huh, no, these flowers are for you guys!

We melted hahaha. Jana grabbed the tulips and carnations. Meera grabbed the daisy (NOOO!!) and another carnation. I grabbed the rest (carnations and a rose). See? I ALWAYS get the leftovers. ALWAYS. I'm always bullied, and I never get what i want cos meera wants it and wun give it to me. haha

So we headed upstairs to get Ashraff flowers as a gift for the flowers he gave us! Haha I got him a pretty carnation haha.

And the rest of the flowers in our hands (the ones ash didn't give us) were given to us anonymously ;)

Afterwhich we had some yummy chocolate cake from the 1B stall, and then Jana got a bottle of water for her flowers and then we went to the hall to watch the performances for national day. Fatin joined our class haha.
During the whole celebration, Jana, Meera, Fatin and I were screaming our heads off and waving our flags and during the song Stand Up for Singapore, we stood up for the chorus and laughed our asses off.

after the whole thing ended, we went to PP with Misaki to celebrate her birthday and to let her taste some local food. Jana and Meera bought bears for each other. haha fools. After that, all 5 of us headed to Marine Parade library where we relaxed and ate some oreo cheesecake. Yummy oreo cheesecake.

Then we went home.
It was a nice day. And Fatin always, always , allllwaaaays spills the goddamn beans. Shut up, Fatin!!! haha

Tmrw got National Day Celebration. Band ppl gotta wear red. oh godammit. I bought a red scrunchy earlier on. But then i realised... shd haf bought white. Stupid me. And there's a bazaar tmr. I want choc fondue. And my girlfriends are making sure we buy each other flowers. Oh man.

Yesterday, had band. I think band is starting to bore me now. Had drills for an hour.
After band, had IPW at Jana's house. Since I stank cos of the drills, I had a nice shower at Jana's place. Every single product there was BODY SHOP. I simply indulged. Haha and when I came out, I smelt like strawberries.

We ended up doing props cos Farhah didn't come. We drew a jailcell window, painted it black, and varnished it. It looks weird. Haha


I had a goddamn long crazy chat with Fatin on the phone last night while I was at Bukit Panjang at some jemputan kahwin. I accidentally said "eh BABI sia kau!" in front of all those malay-malay people.

So I walked away.

Then halfway, she had to hang up. So hell. I went back to the tables and snoozed.

Then went home, did some stuffs, and then just slumped on the bed to sleep.

Then today, yet another boring day. but then its okay lah...

After that, took 10 to tamp with Ashraff (luv ya!!) and then I dropped at the stadium to take 34 back home.. Didn't know it took less than 45 minutes to get back from school by 10. I think I'll take 10 frm now on. Haha

Yesterday was simply an annoying day. Came to school with the sniffles, and apparently I must have passed it to Jana haha.

My sniffles got sooo annoying! But, the miraculous thing is... Everytime I get sick, i'm always alright the moment school ends! haha cool huh. But then I'd know I'm really sick if my sniffles continued.

Apparently, when I'm sick, ppl either think I'm sad or I've just finished crying. Hahah goddammit man, I'm sick! haha

After school ytd, had band.
After band, went home with Firza, Mardhiah, Siti, Phat and Atikah in bus 10. Firza told me that Mdm Varsha showcased BUENAS NOCHES' flash to the whole of 2E and said that the flash was one of the flash with alot of effort put in it.

I'm so proud of myself. Sniff. Haha since I'm in charge of IT, I gotta do the flash and all... Haha

TODAY, Jana came after reccess for some reason. Oh yeah, cos she 'puked everywhere' in the morning. hahaha
Had NAPFA today. Did shuttle-run and inclined pull-ups. My shuttle-run was the fastest I'd ever done in my whole life man. Haha 10.4secs is a big deal okay?! Nadh said I took big steps when I ran. I thank band for that.
And I did like what 31 pull-ups? Haha
