Cohort camp!

I'll blog about cohort camp first, band camp later.

Cohort camp was tiring but fun!! I turned as black as a k*l*n*, if u noe what i mean.
First day, spent over an hour waiting for a nice tent to be set up (we didnt even lift a finger while others suffered)

then we moved into the tent.
we = Meera, Jana, Nadiah, Farhah, and me.

Our tent was right opposite Firza's.

Straight after that activity we had some ice-breaking session i guess. I forgot.
Then after that had team-building games. Jana couldn't stop calling our student leader Huan Wen a pondan.

She'd be like "Oi, pondan! Shh!"

Then had outdoor lunch. Couldnt get fire to work. haha and muntaquim's group was the same also. me and nadh paired up tgt for this and jana ate alone cos shes veggie. meera and farhah paired up. farhah and meera were in another grp, whereas me and jana and nadiah were in one grp.

then we changed to our wet attire and went KAYAKING!!! It was funny!!!
But the downside was the the trainer instructed us to pair up boy and girl. WE (u know hu) stood tgt in one group, saying guys shd make the first move haha. no lah juz kidding!!! :P

The malay guys kept to one group. Elyasa made the first move. "BEATRICE!!" he exclaimed. hahahah. Then he shouted again this time "woi NAD! Kamarul nk kau jadi partner die! kamarul nk KAU!!!"

i ignored them when all but kamarul started sniggering.

Kamarul walked up to me and then he asked me to be his partner. Okay! So i went with kamarul. Meera went with Rashid, that poor belo. Meera kept hitting his head with the paddle accidentaly (cos she sat behind) Farhah went with samuel (tkde choice katekan) Jana went with Zul. Nadiah went with Kian Han.

Kamarul almost always splashed sea water into my mouth. I kept sputtering and buzzing and he would turn behind and be "eh kau okay tak?". then our whole kayaking journey to the red flag at sea, we talked a bit, discussed our route etc. It was my first time kayaking with a guy! what to do? Just kept a bit quiet and nervous and paddled.

But it was like a moment of 'nirvana...'.

the had raft making. funnY!! our group eight spent so much time building and tying the thingy. we brought it out to sea and it collapsed. So we had to do with two bars tied together hahahha. The other group seven did a great job with the structure and tying and brought it out to sea with ameera, nas and rashid aboard. aboard our raft was hui ying, muntaquim and so kaixun. The funny thing was, our group stayed afloat the longest!!! hahahaha it was soo funny!

then WE went back to shore, drenched oursleves with water from the shower heads outside and then changed for dinner. dinner was quite boring but we talked alot.

Day TWO!
breakfast! i think the food at the cohort camp was great! after breakfast went rock climbing!

My group got to do the higher wall, while the other got to do the smaller one. I slipped thrice and I'd be like "SHIT!!"
And kamarul would start laughing and say to rashid "woi, shid, die panggil kau ah!"

haha then after that, the low ropes. Fun again!

And then fake campcraft, and then lunch! And then Urban Challenge, roaming around tuas to look for some weird building with a star. We found it in about an hour or so, and then we sat around, singing our newly composed cheer!

We returned to camp, and sat around at the open carpark. The mat2 tk mejadi threw little stoneys at the whooe lot of people opposite them and we threw it back. Dorang yg nk cari psl, bukan kite...

then dinner, and we went back up to our tents at the tennis court and changed into our campfire shirt. Campfire was damn fun. I could feel the 2F spirit soaring so high at that time. But unfortunately some faggot class that goes by the name of 2A won the best class award the next morning during prize giving presentation.

Pissed with that fact, but happy overall. I rate the camp a 7.8/10!

On the bus ride back home, I sat alone cos ameera wasn't around (she went to batam) and I used my sleeping bag as a pillow. I hugged it and slept..it was sooo comfy! Then when I woke up sherwin was chuckling at me. He said we all slept very funny haha.

Then all sec 2 band members had to assemble under the rotanda for band camp. i really thought it would be hell, but no, i had fun..
